This one hour treatment will include a thorough facial and scalp massage, hydrating masque application and mini-massage for the neck, hands and feet.
The purpose of this treatment is not to treat the skin itself, but to stimulate and soothe the muscles and structures of the face, neck and scalp. The cooling feeling of the gel and the simple act of applying the masque with a soft bristle brush will help to calm the nervous system. This relaxing treatment will ease headaches, TMJ pain, stiffness in the neck, congestion, and inflammation; which will alleviate puffiness, increase blood and lymph circulation, reduce sinus pressure, and relieve tension.
Please come with clean skin, clear of any make-up or topicals.

Cupping is the opposite of massage. Where massage uses compression to work out the soft tissues of the body, cupping uses decompression (suction), to lift the layers of soft tissue off of each other. This process also clears trapped debris from the affected areas and brings fresh blood full of oxygen to the area to promote healing.

Ear Seed Application
The ear is a microsystem of the entire body. Ear Seeds are a non-invasive, safe and effective tool used to stimulate points on this microsystem. They consist of tiny seeds, beads or pellets that are held in place on the surface of the ear with adhesive tape. The seeds are placed onto the appropriate points to alleviate a multitude of conditions or enhance desired effects. The constant pressure they exert is amplified by pressing on the seeds for a few seconds, multiple times per day.
The stimulation of these points is called Auriculotherapy. Typically worn for 2-5 days at a time, all ear seeds work on the same principle of providing acupressure on specific ear points.
