Deep Tissue Target
Though less rhythmic than other types of massage, deep tissue massage is quite therapeutic for relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping repair muscle and soft tissue injuries. Deep tissue massage is best for targeting specific problem areas in your body. My massage is a more controlled, gradual technique; using slow, deliberate strokes with progressive pressure to reach deeper layers of muscles, tendons, and other tissues. With my technique, there is less trauma to the effected areas, resulting in is less soreness and recovery time, so that you'll be back to your usual routine more quickly.
Due to the amount of time it takes to properly get through the layers of muscle tissue, there may not be enough time to do a full body massage.
