The Works
If you find it difficult to schedule regular appointments, or have multiple stubborn areas of tension that never seem to get enough time, then this is for you. This session has no set time limit, I will “work ‘til I’m done” up to 3 hours, using every technique and tool that I have in my tool belt, as needed.
Some tools and techniques may include any, or all of the following; stretching, myofascial, trigger point, percussion, shiatsu, gua sha, hot stones, cupping, acupressure, CBD, heating/cooling gel, heating pad, Thera-gun, etc... I’m always learning new therapies and adding new tools, so this list is just an example.
This is the more technical side of massage, so there won’t be as much rhythm and flow as most of my other sessions have. I may need you to have an active part in certain techniques. There may be the need for bathroom breaks or to get up and move around to see how an area is feeling. There will be times when my hands aren’t necessarily “working” on you when I need to let a muscle or muscle group “rest” or a tool settle in to do its job.
