I am a professional, board-certified, state-licensed massage therapist, specializing in holistic and natural therapies, custom tailored to each individual, to ensure the highest level of total well-being.
'A holistic approach' encompasses a person's overall wellness, not just their illness or condition.
I take into consideration a person's physical, emotional, social and mental well-being when designing a treatment plan specifically suited to meet each individual's needs.
What sets me apart from other massage therapists? Every detail of my practice is thoughtfully curated to calm each person's specific central nervous system so that their body can repair itself naturally. In other words; my carefully honed skills are focused on working with each body's own innate healing mechanisms, which means longer lasting results with less soreness and less recovery time.
I am especially effective in releasing neck and shoulder pain, as well as tension headaches and jaw disfunction associated with neck and shoulder tightness.
My most popular services include: Blissful Relaxation, Deep Tissue Target, and Facial Rejuvenation with mini massage for scalp and neck.
Some other services I offer are aromatherapy, reflexology, energy work and a few spa treatments.
My practice is conveniently located on Main Street in Midtown Ventura.

What is massage therapy?
Massage therapy is used to help manage your health or enhance wellness. Massage has been practiced in most cultures, both Eastern and Western, throughout human history, and was one of the earliest tools that people used to try to relieve pain.
In massage therapy, a trained, certified medical professional (massage therapist) manipulates the soft tissues of your body — muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and skin. The massage therapist uses varying degrees of pressure and specialized techniques to achieve optimal outcomes.
Massage is generally considered part of integrative medicine. Medical centers are offering it more and more as a treatment along with standard western medicine. It may be used for a wide range of medical conditions.
What are the benefits of massage therapy?
One of the immediate benefits of massage is a feeling of deep relaxation and calm. This occurs because massage prompts the release of endorphins – the brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) that produce feelings of well-being. Levels of stress hormones, such as adrenalin, cortisol and norepinephrine, are also reduced. Studies indicate that high levels of stress hormones impair the immune system.
Some of the physical benefits of massage therapy include:
~ Reduced muscle tension
~ Reduced pain
~ Improved circulation
~ Stimulation of the lymphatic system
~ Reduction of stress hormones
~ Relaxation
~ Increased joint mobility and flexibility
~ Improved skin tone
~ Improved recovery of soft tissue injuries
~ Heightened mental alertness
~ Reduced anxiety and depression.
What conditions can massage therapy be used to treat?
Massage therapy can be used to treat a wide variety of injuries, structural imbalances, and emotional ailments, such as:
~ Physical pain, i.e. muscle tension, back pain, neck, shoulders, elbows & knees, etc...
~ Myofascial Pain Syndrome
~ Rotator Cuff Syndrome
~ Sciatica
~ Tennis Elbow
~ Frozen Shoulder
~ Muscle sprains and strains
~ Sports injuries
~ Anxiety
~ Insomnia
~ Headaches & Migraines
~ Depression
~ Arthritis & Rheumatoid Arthritis
~ Carpal Tunnel
~ Hypertension
~ Fibromyalgia
